Putnam County School District implemented safety and security window film throughout a newly constructed school to proactively strengthen glass and enhance student and staff safety amid rising national security concerns.
FILM SOLUTION
After evaluating site conditions and performance needs, the project team brought on IES Window Films to install multiple Solar Gard safety, security, and privacy window film solutions with impact protection adhesive.
CHALLENGES
During an active rebuild phase, IES Window Films navigated various logistical concerns by maintaining close coordination with Ausley Construction Company and school district staff to ensure a quality safety and privacy film installation.
RESULTS
Despite logistical challenges, I.E.S. completed the 3,500 square foot installation in seven days. The window film now provides a uniform safety solution that mitigates risk for students and staff and reinforces the Putnam County School District’s commitment to creating safer learning and working environments.
